Instructions:

For the banana chocolate cake, mash the bananas well with a fork. Mix the powdered sugar, bananas and soy yogurt well.

Mix in flour, oil, baking powder and melted chocolate and pour the batter into a greased springform pan. Bake in the oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for about 30 minutes.

For the glaze, heat the chocolate with the coconut oil. Cut the cake once in half, spread the jam on the cake base, slice the bananas and spread on top.

Place the lid on top and cover the banana chocolate cake with chocolate icing.

Preparation Tip:

The banana chocolate cake can be spread with any jam. Also a cream fits well.
