For the tiramisu, prepare 2 packages of Paradise Creme Vanilla as indicated on the package. Then cool 1 cup of coffee with a dash of rum.
Turn the biscuits in it and put them in a bowl/mold. When the bottom is covered, put some of the cream on top of the biscotti.
Keep doing this until the cream is used up. In any case, the top layer should be cream!
Finally, sprinkle with cocoa powder and put in the fridge for about 2 hours.

I always make my tiramisu in lots of little sealable boxes, then everyone can take one to work as a snack.
