Melt the butter in a saucepan, sauté the finely chopped onion in it. Then add the defrosted spinach leaves, squeezed out, and cook until tender with the lid closed. Put the saucepan aside.

Make the tagliatelle al dente.

Meanwhile, in another saucepan, reduce the whipping cream, then add the lobster soup paste and stir with a whisk. Fold in the grated Parmesan and season to taste with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Add the salmon, previously marinated with a little lemon juice and salt, to the sauce, remove from the heat and cook until done.

In a frying pan with hot butter, fry the shrimps sprinkled with salt and Chinese seasoning.

To serve, place the spinach on top of the tagliatelle and fold it in. Pour the salmon sauce on top and mix. To serve, arrange the salmon noodles on plates and garnish with the fried shrimp.
