For the Suzi Wong Special, remove the peel from the banana and cut the flesh in half lengthwise. Divide each banana half into 4-5 equal-sized pieces. Roll banana slices in sesame seeds. Heat coconut oil in a frying pan and fry the banana slices until golden brown. Drain the baked banana slices on a piece of kitchen paper.

Layer the ice cream balls and banana slices on four plates. Finally, heat sugar in a saucepan until it caramelizes. Use a small spoon to draw very fine caramel threads diagonally over the Suzi Wong Special as decoration.
