For the sugar melon with prosciutto and voger lettuce, first seed the sugar melon and remove the skin, then cut into wedges.
Wash the Voger lettuce and dress it in a bowl with vinegar and oil, salt and pepper. Put the melon wedges on a plate and top with the raw ham.
Serve the melon with prosciutto and the lettuce.

To the sugar melon with raw ham you can still serve nuts, for example, walnuts.
