Spinach is not everyone’s cup of tea? With this recipe it is:

Pat the cutlets, rub with the squeezed garlic clove and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Blanch sorted and washed spinach and squeeze well. Melt butter, sauté diced onion in it, add spinach, sauté briefly. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.

Spread the spinach with the sausage mixture evenly on the cutlets. Roll up and pin with skewers.

Fry the meat rolls all around in butter. Add mushrooms cut into slices and sauté. Add white wine and whipped cream. Steam the meat for about 20 minutes. Serve the rolls with the sauce and parsley.
