For the spinach and sheep’s cheese strudel, first defrost the spinach and strudel dough according to instructions.

Sauté diced onion in a little olive oil and let cool.

Squeeze spinach leaves well, dice feta cheese and mix well with onions and spices.

Spread the mixture in the middle of the strudel dough, fold in the side edges, roll up, close the ends well and brush with a beaten egg.
