Instructions:

For the spinach-sheep cheese dumplings, cut the rolls into cubes. Peel and finely chop the onion. Sort the spinach leaves, wash and cut into bite-sized pieces (alternatively use frozen spinach).

Mix the bread rolls with milk and eggs and let it soak for a while.
