Instructions:

Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

1. boil water in a large saucepan. Pour in Japanese noodles and do 2-3 min. Drain noodles well.

2. dress noodles with sesame oil and sesame seeds.

3. heat sunflower oil or other vegetable oil in a large heated wok.

4. onion slices, snow peas (sugar snap peas), carrot slices and shredded cabbage in the wok form and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

5. sweet chili sauce in the wok form and make another 2 min, stirring continuously.

6. sesame noodles into the wok form, mix well and heat for another 2- 3 min. (If you want to bring the noodles to the table separately, shape them into a serving bowl). 7. form Japanese noodles and spicy vegetables into preheated separate serving bowls, form spring onion rings on top and bring to table on the spot.

Tip: If fresh Japanese noodles are not available, use dried rice noodles or possibly fine egg noodles instead.

These noodles combine the spiciness of the chili with the nutty goodness of sesame seeds – a real treat.
