Instructions:

A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Beat eggs with sugar until thick and creamy. Fold in flour and baking powder. Spread on a greased tray (28×34 cm) and top with drained cherries. Put in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove the cake and let it cool. In the meantime, make a custard with milk, vanilla pudding and sugar according to instructions on the package. Cool. Beat soft butter until thick and gradually fold in pudding. Spread buttercream on top of cooled cake. Set the cake aside to cool.

For the icing, whisk together confectioners’ sugar, cocoa, eggs and coffee until smooth. Melt coconut oil and stir into chocolate mixture.

Chocolate icing over the cake form. Set in refrigerator until firm.

For the alternative chocolate icing, melt chocolate with coke fat and mold and spread lukewarm, but still liquid, over cold cake. Set in the refrigerator.
