Mix the marzipan, honey and liqueur, chop the nuts and dry roast them together with the pine nuts and shelled pistachios in a non-stick pan. Stir the nuts into the marzipan mixture and finally fold in the berries. Spread the mixture on the spring roll sheets, form rolls and bake at 180 °C for approx. 8 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

Instead of spring roll dough, you can also use strudel dough.
