Instructions:

For the marinade, remove the top layer from the lemongrass if necessary. Finely chop the stalks. Peel and press the garlic. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and chop finely. Mix all ingredients for the marinade well.

Cut the tofu into cubes and place in the marinade. Marinate in it for at least 1 hour.

In the meantime, prepare the sauce. For this, squeeze the limes and mix the juice with the remaining ingredients.

Remove the tofu from the marinade and let it drain a little. Put it on the watered skewers. Grill for about 8 minutes, turning regularly in between.

Serve the skewers with the sauce.
