Radishes rinse, clean, cut into fine slices with the shredder, coarsely grate the prepared apple, sprinkle with juice of one lemon. Spread 2 plates with lettuce leaves. Mix yogurt with sugar, pepper, salt, horseradish and dill to a vinaigrette, mix with radish and apple, arrange on the spot on the chopped lettuce.
Tip: The higher the fat content in the yogurt, the more aromatic and creamy the result!
