For the quick garlic sauce, pour the yogurt into a bowl and mix in 2 dashes of oil. Squeeze fresh garlic into the yogurt as needed. (We love it with a lot of garlic and usually use 4 larger or 5 smaller cloves – when company comes over we usually use 3 medium cloves). Season in between every now and then. Add salt and pepper and you’re done!
The quick garlic sauce is ideal with: barbecue prices, meat of all kinds, vegetable strudels, meat strudels, etc..
Preparation Tip:
If you make the quick garlic sauce a day before then the yogurt will be a bit creamier. WARNING: garlic becomes much more intense after 1 day in the refrigerator! So rather use a little less garlic on the day of preparation.
