Make a soft dough from butter, flour, sugar and prepare it with the boiling milk. Stir in the egg yolks and give the dish the desired flavor.
If you take a vanilla pod, slit it and add the pulp to the cold milk. Cocoa must be mixed in a little cold milk and stirred into the boiling milk.
Whip the egg whites with the sugar until firm and fold into the mixture. Fill into molds and cook in a water bath. Cool and turn out.
Serve with a suitable dessert sauce.
