For the farmer’s omelet, first cut bacon and ham into strips, finely chop the onion. Whisk eggs with whipping cream with a fork and mix well with herb salt, chili flakes and pepper.

Fry the bacon, ham and onion together in a pan. Pour the egg-whipped cream mixture on top and add cheese and parsley. Allow to brown well on one side, then flip. Serve the farmer’s omelet.

Preparation Tip:

A slice of fresh brown bread tastes great with the farmer's omelet.
