For the pangasius with honey-citrus glaze, rinse the lemon and orange with hot water and dry. Grate the peel. Mix honey with citrus peel, citrus juice and oregano. Season strongly with salt and pepper. Allow to infuse for about 20 minutes.

Wash the pangasius fillets with cold water, pat dry and brush with olive oil on both sides. Season with salt and place on the hot grill.
