For the onion spot, mix the curd, milk, oil and salt until smooth. Add the flour. Knead the dough well and refrigerate.

Cut the onion into fine rings and fry with the bacon. Mix the curd cheese, Emmental cheese and crushed garlic cloves and season with the spices.

Roll out the dough and put it on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Put the curd mixture on top first, then spread the onion bacon mixture.

Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
