For the mushroom tart, pre-bake the puff pastry in a suitable pan at 220 °C for 20 minutes. In the meantime, sauté the onion in the oil, add the mushrooms and sauté briefly.

Whisk the eggs, the cream, the starch, the milk and the salt and add the mushrooms. Pour the mixture on the pre-baked pastry and bake at 200 °C for another 30 minutes until the filling is set.

Preparation Tip:

Prepare the mushroom tart in autumn with fresh mushrooms and/ or use mushrooms according to your own taste.
