For the millet casserole, first peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the vegetables and cut into small cubes.

Fry the onion in the coconut oil until translucent, add the vegetables and fry (they should be al dente). Season with herbs and vegetables.

Pour half of the millet into the baking dish. Spread the vegetables on top and pour in the second half of the millet. Pour the egg glaze over the top. Sprinkle cheese and flax seeds on top.

Bake the millet casserole in the Philips Airfryer at 180 °C for about 40 minutes.
