Instructions:

For Manu’s baby cake, beat eggs, fine granulated sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Then slowly stir in water and oil. Finally, fold in the flour sifted with baking powder and cocoa powder.

Grease 2 small hemispherical baking pans (for bosoms)and 1 large hemispherical pan (belly) and sprinkle with non-slip flour. Pour in the dough and bake at 180 degrees.

Check the baking needle, because the belly has a longer baking time due to its height. When cooled, cut through once and fill with apricot jam.

For the ganache, bring the whipped cream to the boil and melt the chocolate in it. Allow to cool for a few hours and then coat the bosom and the belly 2 – 3 times each.

After each coating, place the cake in the refrigerator. Knead fondant for the decoration. Color some fondant skin-colored and cover the bust with it (approx. 3 mm thick).

Press the fondant lightly on the edges and smooth out any wrinkles that may appear with the back of your hand using a smoother. Cut off the overhanging fondant with a sharp knife.
