Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

Clean the mushrooms and cut into small slices. Clean the spring onions and cut the lower halves into fine rings. Grate cheese. Preheat oven to 200 °C.

Cook spaghetti in salted water until almost al dente. Drain and let drain properly. Heat light butter in a frying pan, fry minced meat in it until crumbly and brown. Remove from the flame. Season with salt and coarsely ground pepper. Whisk eggs with whipping cream in a baking bowl and season with salt and pepper. Grease a high gratin dish.

Place a layer of spaghetti in the dish. Later add spaghetti, mushrooms, minced meat and onions as you like. Finish with a layer of spaghetti.

Pour the egg-whipped cream mixture on top. Sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs.

Bake in a heated oven at 200° Celsius for 20-25 minutes. Place on the table in the dish.
