Heat oil in a wok. Roast the sausage at a moderate temperature until it takes on a little color. Remove, cool a little and cut diagonally into slices. Crush garlic with salt. Heat oil repeatedly and fry garlic until it takes color. Add long grain rice, stir to warm, then season with sugar and soy sauce. Add celery and cilantro. Serve.
Tip: Cilantro is very flavorful – if you don’t like it, just omit it.
