Lamb Curry with Zucchini

Instructions:

Chop the onions and garlic clove and fry in hot oil. Then remove the skin from the apple, cut into slices and add curry powder and flour.

Deglaze with beef broth and thicken slightly while boiling.

Add raisins, coconut, chutney and diced lamb and simmer for 1 hour.

Then add juice of one lemon, sugar, salt and pepper and steam for another 1 1/2 hours. Slice zucchini, add and steam for another 1/2 hour. Season again.

Our tip: Zucchini are tender in taste and therefore also good for children.
