Instructions:

For the lamb curry with raisins, soak the raisins in water.

Peel and finely chop the onions, shallots, garlic and carrots.

Season the meat with salt and pepper. In a large saucepan, heat 1 tbsp. oil until hot and brown the meat properly.

Remove the meat from the cooking pot. Saute onions, shallots, garlic and carrots in the drippings. Add spices and sauté for a minute.
