Instructions:

For the crenna, roast onion and bacon for 2 minutes. Pour in milk, soup and stir in cream cheese. Season with salt, pepper, oregano and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir in horseradish.

Cook pasta until al dente, drain and drain well. Arrange noodles and top with horseradish sauce. Sprinkle pasta with parsley and grated horseradish.

Preparation Tip:

Instead of hamburger bacon, use sausage or lean ham for the crenna.
