Instructions:

For the Kasper goulash, finely chop the onion. In a little olive oil (not too hot!) Fry the onions yellowish, briefly fry the paprika powder and pour the organic vegetable soup spice mixture. Cut the potato into cubes and add. Cover and steam for about half an hour. Then add the peas, cut the frankfurters into small slices and add. Season with marjoram, turmeric, pepper, salt, ginger powder, seasoning salt, etc. as desired and needed.

Grind the spelt fresh if possible, otherwise mix spelt flour with water to make a paste. Add this to the goulash until it has a pleasant consistency. Let the flour boil away and you have my kids’ favorite dish! With the potatoes, peas, and spelt flour for binding, you also get a high nutritional content! Have fun re-cooking the Kaspergulasch!

Preparation Tip:

Of course, you can also use a homemade soup for the Kaspergulasch to pour, but here, if you want it to go quickly, an organic instant vegetable soup is also suitable.
