A bean recipe for every taste:
Clean and coarsely chop half a head of endive lettuce and place in a large enough bowl. Mix with the broad beans, chicory, the young onion cut into rings and the tomatoes cut into slices. Dress with salt, pepper and a sprig of chopped oregano leaves and oil. Mix carefully and arrange on a plate. Cut the robiola into cubes and form over it. Serve immediately.
