Note: start 2-3 days before.

Prepare the honey in water (1), constantly skimming the foam.

Prepare the hops 10 to 15 min. water (2). pour into the honey water.

Boil the water (3) and add it as well. Cool down.

Add the yeast, cardamom and sugar.

Cover the container with gauze and place in a cool room with a heat between 8 °C and 10 °C for two to three days to ferment. If foam appears on the surface, skim it off and strain the liquid.

Drink the medok on the spot or fill it into champagne bottles.

Note: Do not store for more than two weeks.
