For the goat cheese nut snack, mix the goat cheese, cream cheese and dates.
Form 12 balls (about 1 tablespoon per ball). Chop the pistachios and peppercorns and put them in a bowl. Roll the cheese balls in this mixture and place on a toothpick.
Either serve immediately or leave in the refrigerator overnight.
