Instructions:

For the fondant, soak gelatin in water and allow to swell. Carefully dissolve in the microwave, stir in glycerin, glucose syrup, citric acid.

Knead sugar with liquid ingredients. Wrap fondant in an airtight container. Let rest 1 night. Allow to warm to room temperature. Knead or roll out the fondant with lightly greased hands.

Preparation Tip:

The fondant can also be colored as desired with food coloring/coloring powder.
