For the elderberry-blackberry-pear jam, select the berries, rinse briefly and drain.
Peel, core and cut off the pears.
Combine the fruit with the preserving sugar and the juice of one lemon in a large saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring.
Cook for 4 minutes until bubbling.
Fold in the liqueur and pour on the spot into carefully cleaned twist-off jars.
Close the jars tightly and let the elderberry-blackberry-pear jam stand, turned upside down on the lid, for 5 minutes.
