For the Debreziner Schnitzel, brown the bacon cut into small cubes and remove. In part of the fat, roast the onion. In the remaining fat, brown the turkey meat seasoned with salt, pepper and caraway seeds.
Add the roasted onion, cucumbers cut into noodles, capers, garlic, tomato paste and bacon to the meat. Pour a little and stew the cutlets in this thick sauce until soft. Refine the sauce with whipped cream and serve the Debreziner Schnitzel with it.
