Instructions:

Remove strudel dough from refrigerator approx. 10 min. before processing. Preheat oven to 160° C.

Place dough sheets in a wavy pattern on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle generously with coarse sea salt, pepper and fresh herbs.

Bake in the preheated oven on the bottom rack for 6 – 7 minutes until golden brown.

Break finished pastry sheets into pieces and serve in a bowl.
