For the Cole Slaw Dressing, melt butter on stove and stir in flour, mustard powder and cayenne pepper over low heat. After a few minutes, stir in egg yolks, then pour in vinegar and milk.

Continue stirring the sauce until it slowly becomes a thick consistency. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Allow to cool and keep the Cole Slaw Dressing in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Preparation Tip:

Cole Slaw Dressing will keep in the ice chest for up to three days.
