Preheat the oven to 150 °C. Cover a baking tray with baking paper.

Separate the eggs. Mix the egg whites together with the baking powder until stiff. Mix the egg yolks with cream cheese and salt.

Carefully fold the beaten egg whites into the yolk mixture.

Place small patties on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Bake for about 30 minutes. The patties should be golden brown. When they come out of the oven they may still be crispy, overnight they should become fluffy.

Preparation Tip:

If you like it sweeter, add to the Cloud Bread of 1-2 tsp of honey or agave syrup.
