Honey sauce:









Instructions:

40 min., simply prepare cucumbers in water until soft, remove seeds and finely mince. Mix well with sour cream, curd, rum, cinnamon and sugar. Brush one strudel sheet with melted butter, place a second sheet on top, also brush with butter. Spread the filling on the long side and roll up tightly. Brush strudel with butter and bake on a greased baking sheet at 200 °C for 20 to half an hour until golden brown.

For the honey sauce:

Mix one-eighth of milk with egg yolks and cornstarch flour until smooth. Boil the rest of the milk with the honey, add the milk-yolk mixture and thicken briefly (keep stirring!). Finally, finish with the cream.

Portion the Kletzenstrudel and serve on the honey sauce.
