Instructions:

For the chocolate mousse cake, first prepare the cake base. Beat egg whites to snow, add powdered sugar, then stir in yolks.

Stir in flour, cornflour, baking powder and cocoa powder. Pour batter into greased and floured cake pan and bake at 180 degrees.

For the cream, cream butter, yolks, half the amount of powdered sugar, vanilla sugar. Soften the chocolate and add to the mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff and add half the amount of powdered sugar. Stir this mixture into the cream.

When the cake has cooled, replace the cake ring and pour in the cream. Refrigerate for a few hours. Decorate the cake with 2 cups of whipped cream.
