For chocolate mint stars, first prepare the dough. To do this, combine all ingredients and mix with the dough hook of the mixer until smooth. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface about 2-3 mm thin and cut out stars. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 7-8 minutes.
