For the chip potatoes, cut the potatoes in as small a distance as possible so that they still hang together at the bottom. Place on a greased (or baking paper) baking tray and roast at 200-220°C for approx. 45-50 minutes.
Salt and serve the chip potatoes as a side dish or for nibbling.
Preparation Tip:
Serve with ketchup with the chip potatoes.
