Instructions:

Put 1 onion, bay spice and salt in cold water. As soon as it starts to make, pour in the chicken pieces and soften leisurely. Later, heat butter in a saucepan and cook a finely chopped onion and garlic cloves until translucent. Add cardamom, ginger and the washed and dried long grain rice. Fill up with the strained chicken soup. Add the saffron melted in warm water, cinnamon, cloves and, if necessary, a little salt. Stir and simmer at low temperature with the lid closed.
