A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Skin the ginger and garlic clove. Cut ginger into tender strips, chop garlic finely. Cut open the chili pepper, remove the seeds, then chop the flesh. Wring out the juice from the lime. Whisk lime juice with soy sauce, brown garlic, sugar, chili and ginger. Cut meat into strips and whisk with the previously prepared marinade. Marinate for at least 1 hour.

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into strips. Clean and chop the spring onions. Heat sunflower oil or other vegetable oil and 1 tsp sesame oil in a wok, fry the marinated chicken strips briefly in it, then remove. Add the mushrooms and fry them as well. Add a little more oil as needed. Add the scallions and chicken strips repeatedly, toss briefly and season. If needed, add a little bit of chicken soup.

Basmati rice goes very well with this.
