Instructions:

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and butter until creamy. Add the cake crumbs little by little until you get a compact dough that is easy to shape.

Form equal-sized balls from the mixture. Measure out with a tablespoon or ice cream scoop if necessary. Then chill for about 30 minutes.

Melt the chocolate coating over a water bath. Possibly add a few drops of coconut oil (or another oil) so that the chocolate does not clump and the glaze later shines nicely.

Dip the sticks in chocolate glaze at one end and carefully stick them into the balls. Now either stick the stems into styrofoam or another suitable base, or place the cake pops on a plate. Again, chill for 15-30 minutes.

Dip the cake pops one by one into the liquid chocolate coating and turn them in it, letting them drip off briefly while constantly turning.

Decorate as desired with sprinkles, coconut, grated almonds, brittle or similar.

Allow to dry well before nibbling.

Preparation Tip:

The cake pops can be stored in a cool place for a few days.
