Instructions:

For the caipirinha tiramisu, first mix the pitu with the lime syrup.

Briefly toss half of the sponge cake in it and divide among glasses. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar and cream stiffener. Squeeze the lime. Mix the mascarpone with sour cream, squeezed lime juice, pitu and sugar. At the end, mix in whipped cream.
