For bruschetta with goat cheese, cut the bread into slices and place them on a baking tray. Drizzle olive oil over them. Chop the garlic and place on the bread with the cheese slices.
Sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Bake in a heated oven at 180° Celsius for 3 minutes until the cheese melts.
