Instructions:

Soak the gelatin in cold water. Heat the orange juice, Cointreau, sugar, juice of one lemon and cinnamon in a saucepan. Squeeze the gelatin and let it melt in the hot O-juice. Pour through a fine sieve into ramekins and set aside to cool for several hours. Heat the rest. Slit the vanilla bean, scrape out the pulp, mix both well in the milk with the eggs, sugar and cornstarch. Remove the vanilla pod from the milk, bring it to a boil and fold in the cornstarch mixture. Bring to a boil briefly, then remove the saucepan from the stove.

Fillet the blood oranges and cut the orange peel into thin strips. Spread the vanilla foam evenly on plates. Turn the orange jellies out onto the plates. Warm the leftover orange jelly, place on the vanilla foam form, decorate with a toothpick to form hearts. Spread orange fillets and zest evenly. Garnish with mint leaves.
