For the blackberry cake, beat the snow with a pinch of salt. Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar and beat until ready. Beat the egg yolks, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add the oil little by little.

Finally, mix in the yogurt. Mix wholemeal spelt flour with baking powder and stir in. Carefully fold in the beaten egg white.

Pour into a greased and floured baking pan, spread blackberries on top and bake at approx. 170 °C.

Preparation Tip:

The blackberry pie can also be prepared with sprinkles or snow topping.
