Clean and slice the spring onions and garlic. 2.

Heat the oil in a saucepan and quickly sauté the spring onions and garlic for about 30 seconds. Add all the other ingredients except the banana and chili rings and cook for 5 minutes.

Peel the banana and cut it into diagonal slices, cut the chili into slices as well. If you don’t like it so spicy, remove the seeds. Blend the mixture with a quarter of the banana pieces and the chili rings to make a smooth soup. Add the remaining banana pieces and chili rings and heat for 3 minutes.

Bring to the table hot with strips of spring onion, twisted into curls as you like.
