Peel and dice pumpkin and potato. Cook in a little water over low heat until soft.
Puree with a hand blender. Now stir in a few drops of canola oil into the pumpkin-peanut porridge.
Preparation Tip:
Instead of canola oil, you can also use another high-quality oil that is either neutral or one that tastes slightly nutty.
