Instructions:

Stir through the juice of one lemon, oil, mustard, salt, pepper and coriander powder.

Cut the avocados in half, remove the stone and remove the skin from the fruit.

Cut into small cubes. You can also coarsely chop the avocados with a chopping knife or large knife, but be careful not to turn them into a puree. Add the avocado on the spot to the lemon juice marinade form and mix the whole thing thoroughly.

From the leek, use only a stem about 6 cm long.

Cut this into narrow rings at the beginning, then chop finely.

Cut the tomatoes diagonally in half, remove the seeds and cut them into small cubes. Remove the seeds from the peppers, rinse and cut into small cubes. Peel and chop the egg. Chop the kitchen herbs. Add everything with the garlic to the avocados and mix well. Season the tartar with Tabasco or cayenne pepper and salt.

Tip:

Serve with Parisian bread or toast.

For the small household:

Two people: halve ingredients, use 1 whole egg, perhaps omit pecoroni for this.

One person: Simplify preparation, i.e. in addition to 1 avocado, use only 1 small tomato, a quarter of peppers and 1/2 bunch of chives.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good flavor!
